I’m a big fan of coffee houses, and always lamented the lack of gluten-free options available when perusing the baked goods. One day it hit me that maybe I could fill that need. So here I am.
I’m just starting my business here in San Francisco and deliver to a couple of local coffee houses. I also deliver batches of home-made goodness to individuals and companies throughout the Bay Area.
My goodies are prepared with love in small batches using locally-sourced organic ingredients, baked at a local commercial kitchen. As I get going, I’ll be expanding my offerings.
